What to expect
I won't give you a checklist and send you on your way. Every session is a real conversation about where you're at and what needs to shift.
Between sessions, you'll have exercises and prompts to work through at your own pace. Nothing overwhelming, just enough to keep things moving.
If something isn't working, we change it. The plan works for you, not the other way around.
