Coaching services

The coaching services offered through this website are for educational and personal development purposes. I am a certified wellness coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.

Booking and payment

Discovery calls are free of charge and can be booked through the scheduling tool on this website.

Paid sessions and programmes are billed as described on the Services page. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

Refunds

Self-paced programmes: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

Group programmes: A full refund is available if you withdraw within 7 days of purchase, provided the programme has not yet started. Once the programme has started, refunds are not available.

1:1 coaching packages: A pro-rated refund may be available for unused sessions if you wish to discontinue coaching. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during coaching sessions is confidential. I will not share your personal information or session content with anyone without your explicit consent, except where I am legally required to do so (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

Intellectual property
