I was a consultant working 60-hour weeks and calling it ambition. One morning I woke up and couldn't get out of bed. Not from exhaustion, from emptiness.
I'd built the career, the house, the whole thing, and felt nothing. It took falling apart to figure out what actually mattered. Now I help other people skip the falling apart bit.
